Note: The number of available rooms on Friday August 19 is limited. If you have August 19 selected and get a message that the rooms are not available, try starting the reservation on August 20 or a later date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: The hotel’s cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to day of arrival.  If guestrooms are cancelled less than 48 hours prior, or guests do not arrive, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the card on file.

The hotel will have two dining options. The Factory restaurant will open in the Sheraton in the spring of 2022. The Sheraton Café in the hotel has coffee and snacks. 

Station Square is adjacent to the hotel and has several restaurant options. 

Restaurants are also located atop the Inclines.

Local Transportation

The Station Square light rail station is about 0.5 miles from the Sheraton. It connects to other light rail stations in downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. The PortAuthority has directions on using the light rail system.

The Monongaleha Lower (Mon) Incline station is within a 0.5 miles of the hotel. It is one of two Inclines that transport people to and from the top of Mount Washington for scenic views of Pittsburgh and access to local restaurants
