Voting is now open. Votes must be cast by October 25.
NWA President Alan Sealls wrote about new bylaws and a change in articles (certificate) of incorporation in his August President's Message.
The National Weather Association Council is proposing these changes. This post, made on August 22, 2018, opens the 30-day review and comment period for members.
After the 30-day review period, members will receive the ballot and have 30 days to vote on both the bylaws and the articles (certificate) of incorporation.
This topic will be addressed at the 2018 NWA Annual Meeting. A call will be scheduled for members to learn more and ask questions. Members will be notified via email about the call date and time.
