Instructions for Presenters at the NWA Annual Meeting

THE DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION TO THE FTP SITE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY OCTOBER 10TH.

You may upload your file to the NWA anonymous ftp site or bring the presentation to the meeting. Providing the presentation for the meeting ahead of time will allow the presentation to be tested on the computer that will be used during your session.

File Naming Instructions
Please include the first presenters name and session in the name of the file. Also, it would be beneficial if you replace any blanks in the file name with an underscore "_" or removed the blank.

If You Choose to Bring Your Presentation to the Meeting
The file may be stored on the following media: CD, DVD, Jump/flash drive, or Portable removable drives. Please contact the local IT support or your session chair when you arrive to make sure your file is saved to the computer.

DEADLINE: Please upload your presentation(s) by Friday, October 10th.
If you update your presentation after it has been uploaded, please send Tim Oram (Timothy.Oram @ noaa.gov), Toby Tenharmsel (toby.tenharmsel@noaa.gov), and myself (annualmeeting@nwas.org) an email indicating that you have an updated presentation.

Please check the NWA web site for the most recent updates on the Annual Meeting and the program.
